Motion Capture: Realism on another level

The Documentary Ruta Norte will implement an innovative technology at the border called 'Motion Capture‘.

Technology that will be used to create the animations of our migrant brothers and sisters who will be interviewed to narrate their stories in the process of migration from their native country to our border city, Ciudad Juarez.

This technology is based on a series of tools that together will make this innovative experience a reality, starting with 2 of the software programs belonging to the brand iPi Soft: iPi Recorder y Mocap Studio, where the animation of the interviewed person is created, and then combined with the facial capture in the software. iClone 7 de Reallusion, and create the 3D character in the program Character Creator.

The platform Unreal Engineallows us to create the environment and merge it with the animation, developing the 'Ruta Norte: Identidad Fronteriza' documentary application Ruta Norte: Identidad Fronteriza.
